If there was ever a time to take extra care of ourselves, and each other, it's now. So we're excited to announce that Hoxby Wellbeing Week will run from Monday 30th March to Friday 3rd April.
Wellbeing Week will be open to the public, in partnership with RemoteWorkmates.com, to support people around the world to keep happy and healthy through these uncertain times.
During Wellbeing Week, each day we'll have one or more sessions planned. Why not learn how to Develop Your Workstyle on Monday, join a Mindfulness session on Tuesday, Eat like a Greek on Wednesday, Visualise Your Future Self on Thursday and Show your Talent on Friday.
All sessions are completely FREE, so check out the schedule and sign up for something exciting - invite all your friends, colleagues and family too!
